Our Journey: From IT Solutions to Business Automation

Early 2000s - The Foundation

We started as a comprehensive IT services company, helping small and medium-sized businesses with the technical infrastructure they needed to operate. We installed, configured, and implemented servers, desktops, and networks—the essential backbone of modern business operations.

The Turning Point

During a routine follow-up after an installation, a client asked us to set up their CRM system. I had done a CRM setup before, so I agreed to take on the project. The client explained what they wanted to accomplish, and I implemented it. Then something interesting happened: another client came to us with the same challenge. Then another. We began to see a pattern—these weren't isolated problems. Business owners were struggling with the same issues, and reasonable solutions were not available.

Over time, we have watched CRM platforms continue to evolve with new features and capabilities, and we are genuinely excited to see the tremendous impact these innovations will have on the day-to-day lives of our valued clients. We continue to walk this road with them, and to deepen our expertise in CRM, and as we learn more about the challenges they face and the incredible things they're capable of achieving, we dream of the day when every business we work with reaches heights they could never possibly fathom. Our clients' challenges have challenged us to grow as CRM specialists, and they have made us the company we are today. We couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity to serve them.

Building Expertise (Mid-2010s)

Over the next few years, we worked with clients who needed increasingly complex and elaborate versions of these solutions. We realized we had stumbled into an underserved market. While we continued our IT services, we were quietly building deep expertise in business automation and systems integration.

2020 - The Pandemic Pivot

When COVID-19 hit and businesses suddenly shifted to remote work, the limitations of their existing systems became impossible to ignore. Companies that had relied on in-office processes and patchwork software solutions found themselves struggling. Employees were dependent on whatever hardware and software they had at home, and businesses needed urgent help getting properly set up for this new reality. This was the catalyst that brought our automation work into sharper focus. In that moment, TheBizAutomator was born.

2018-Present - Full Transition to Automation

Over the last seven years, we've fully transitioned from traditional IT services to specializing in business automation. We've seen the same pattern repeatedly over our 20+ years in business: successful business owners drowning in software management, juggling multiple platforms, and spending more time on administrative work than doing what they love.

Today

Now we solve this by consolidating operations into powerful, unified platforms. We work primarily with two comprehensive systems that we've mastered inside and out. Instead of piecing together separate tools for campaigns, social media, chatbots, client management, and payments, our clients get unified dashboards that handle it all. When something custom is needed, these platforms integrate seamlessly with specialized tools.

Our approach starts by understanding exactly how you work today—what tasks consume your time, which processes are manual, and where bottlenecks exist. Then we optimize your workflow to free you from daily administrative tasks and get you back to doing what inspired you to start your business in the first place.

We see automation as an extension of you, not a replacement. The goal isn't to remove the human element—it's to multiply your impact. We help you find the right balance where automation handles repetitive work while preserving the personal touch that makes your business unique.

The Result

Our clients get their time back. They spend less time managing systems and more time serving customers. Employees return to their core roles instead of juggling a dozen unrelated tasks, and businesses become more scalable without losing what makes them unique.
