When we founded TheBizAutomater, we built it on a belief that has only grown stronger over time: that every business, no matter its size, needs automation technology in order to be successful and to truly scale and grow in meaningful ways. We started this business during the pandemic, and looking back on that time, we are still in awe of how much the world changed in such a short period and how quickly businesses had to adapt to survive.

During those early years, we recognized something that many companies were struggling with - there was a huge gap between what was being required of employees who were suddenly working from home and the infrastructure that was actually provided to support those individuals in their day-to-day work. We saw companies trying their best to keep things running, but without the right tools and systems in place, both the businesses and their teams were facing challenges that felt almost impossible to overcome. We knew that these companies needed our help, and that's when we made the decision to step in and provide solutions that would make a real difference.

That initial need became our foundational service, and it's something we continue to provide to our clients to this day.
